I specialize in trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorders, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, neurodevelopmental conditions, and relationship and familial challenges. My approach is relational and psychodynamic (rooted in the belief that understanding what has shaped us is key to lasting change). I tailor every treatment to each client's unique needs & goals!
