I am an LCSW currently practicing in California. I like to take a warm, direct, and dynamic approach to therapy, exploring core beliefs, behavioral patterns, and somatic experiences that impact mental health. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults moving through transitional stages of life, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-harm. I am LGBTQ-aligned, body-positive, and trauma-informed.
I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy and incorporate skills from strength-based therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, Somatics, and ACT.
I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and validating environment for clients to explore deep emotions, impact over intent, attachment ruptures, future thinking, and connection to one's body/self. I like to begin sessions with a somatic meditation to get clients into their bodies and centered for sessions.
