About
Are you feeling overwhelmed, over worked or unable to focus? Struggling with healthy boundaries, self-esteem and making changes? Are you looking for someone to help guide you through this process of making wanted changes mentally and physically? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and it would be my privilege to help assist you in the process.
My goal is to help you find balance, peace and joy in your day to day life. I understand at times therapy can be difficult and appreciate the opportunity in working with my clients to push past their comfort level into a greater understanding of themselves and situations.
I believe if we can change our thinking then we can change our lives. I provide a safe accepting environment to assist clients in developing and utilizing positive coping skills to assist in positive changes. I have advance training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and utilize DBT skills.
