At Hope and Harmony Services, my work is dedicated to reversing that pattern. I provide coaching and mentorship services that center your well-being alongside your professional growth. This is a space where you can be seen and known, where your challenges are met with care, and where practical, clinically sound skills are taught in ways that honor your humanity.
Fueled by collaboration, our work integrates somatic awareness into professional development and collective care. Offerings include mentorship cohorts for Social Workers and other clinical professionals, clinical consultation groups for licensed therapists, and restoration circles for all helping professionals.
