I work with clients 8 years of age and older and specialize in helping those with anxiety and depression. I gained experience working at a community mental health agency, and I typically utilize a client-centered approach and incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy into treatment. I am also an LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming therapist.
