I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, life transitions & more. I believe that therapy is more than just listening and nodding. I strive to be an active part of sessions, offering individualized feedback in meeting goals. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), similar to EMDR, which can treat trauma rapidly, in as little as 1-5 sessions.
