I am experienced in treating anxiety and depression, and have specialized skill in supporting clients address difficulties with life transitions, self-esteem, stress and traumatic experiences. I have passion and understanding for the power of the present, and will place focus on working with you to develop insight and skill in being able to live in it fully.
