About
I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and/or trauma related disorders who hope to have an improvement in lifestyle. I have worked in the Clarksville area since 2008 with a variety of populations, with extensive work with active duty and veteran individuals. In every situation, my goal is to make sure you are heard, not as a symptom or something that needs to be fixed, but as a human with feelings and goals.
While my office is located in Clarksville, I provide telehealth across Tennessee. I have done therapy in a variety of hospital and out-patient settings as well as week-long outdoor retreats. My experience makes me uniquely qualified to work with individuals as part of their healthy choice to start therapy. I look forward to talking with you!
When in session with a client, I realize that our time together is only a small part of your week. I take a holistic approach to therapy to work with, and push you to create activities and ideas to engage in outside of session to grow and meet your goals.
