I have worked in the mental health field for seven years with all ages. Including working with individuals and families. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults deal with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, I provide a safe and supporting environment where you can focus on your own growth and healing.
I believe your mental health is an important aspect to your life. Counseling can help provide you the space to process and heal from past trauma, learn new healthy coping skills, grow as a person.
