It is my goal to walk with you to a healthier, more mindful way of life while feeling fully in control! My name is Kayla, and I found my passion for therapy after going through my own personal experiences with anxiety and trauma. I enjoy working with teens, adolescents, and adults!
I work within an eclectic-based approach to therapy because everyone comes from a different story! I enjoy blending different techniques and modalities tailored to each individual client based on their personal goals and needs. Alongside cognitive behavioral therapy, I specialize in narrative therapy. I also offer premarital counseling!
Starting therapy with someone new can feel intimidating at times, and it is my goal to provide a safe, comfy space for you to come in to start discussing the work we can do together to help you reach your goals!
