Kaygen, an LMSW, earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa in 2023 and her Master's degree in Social Work, with a concentration in trauma-informed care, from the same institution in 2024. She received her certification as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist in 2025 and in 2026 received her certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Kaygen works with clients from all backgrounds, ages 16 and older, and specializes in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, BPD, Bipolar Disorder, and individuals—both teenagers and adults—with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
