Hi, I’m Kaye and I'm trained in perinatal mental health counseling. I support and respect the choices you make for the health and safety of your body. These seasons of life are full of “both/and” experiences. Elation, anxiety, contentment, trauma, joy, fear, isolation… I'm here to give you space to feel it all and learn how to cope with it all.
It’s easy to feel unanchored and alone when you’re in the middle of one (or several) of these struggles. It’s also easy to back away from self-compassion and self-care. I want to hear the things you don’t get to say anywhere else, get you connected to support and resources, shape your self-care into a more realistic, but more effective, routine.
