I have over 14 years of experience working in mental health, with couples counseling, and I subsequently also offer EMDR. My passion entails working with individuals 14+, couples/families from all walks of life including pre-marital counseling, co-parenting, & blended families as well as working with the LGBTQIA+ community, poly/ENM community, and specializing in sex therapy. I also specialize in working with First Responders. I have experience working with critical incidents, anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions, among other things. I have experience helping First Responders with current or previous incidents. I can assist couples with communication, connection, intimacy, and even infidelity. I assist couples working towards reconciliation, co-parenting, blending, or dissolution. You don't have to have experience with counseling to get something out of our time together.

Everyone's journey through therapy is not the same and my work will be based on YOU. No matter your background, my task is to help you feel as comfortable and empowered as possible to achieve your goals during therapy. I will listen and help identify your inherent strengths, assist you in challenging and restructuring your thoughts, and obtain that balance.
