Life sometimes gets in the way of living our lives to the fullest. With changes in family situations, behavior, loss and pain, it can be difficult finding hope and the confidence to face these daily challenges. Children and teens sometimes are unable to identify their feelings appropriately and suffer without understanding. Children communicate through play and through play therapy the client is able to process feelings, thoughts, and experiences.
I provide therapy services for families, adults, children and teenagers. I have specialized training in play therapy and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Play therapy is useful treating children and families. I have worked with clients suffering from coping, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, ADHD and behavior issues.
I offer in office treatment for children or adults. I strive to offer a safe, confidential place for your child, teen, family or yourself to begin the journey towards healing and balance.
