I work with teens and adults with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. I have been providing therapy for over 20 years in a variety of settings. I work with PTSD from military service, assault or other violence, and systemic abuse. I am trained in EMDR, CBT and I work regularly with physicians on medication management. I thoroughly evaluate and develop a treatment plan with goals to address your concerns. I strive to create a safe non-judgmental environment for all.
