We have been passionate about working with people that seek Substance Use, Mental Health, Spiritual, Peer Support, and Intimacy support for over 15 years. We enjoy collaborating and empowering our patients to reach their desired outcomes. Our approach is based on the individual needs and we believe that the person sitting in front of us is actually the expert, we are simply the tool that gets to help navigate the journey!
We offer individual and group therapy sessions for individuals with primarily Substance Use and or Co-Occurring Disorders. We specialize is relapse prevention and also work closely with a great network of local supporters that we encourage our patients to explore, as needed.
We have added Peer Support, Ear Seed Acupuncture, Spiritual Coaching, and Intimacy
I come from a family that has experienced and in some cases, still experiences the battle with the disease of addiction. It took someone very near and dear to my heart, that struggled for many years, whom I could not understand how to help, to finally get me to realize HOW and WHO I get to be in order to make a difference to those that wanted to change.
