Utilizing evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ego State Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs.
Each client deserves individualized treatment. Therefore, based on the client’s needs and therapeutic goals, I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy to best serve each client.
Counseling is designed to assist clients to accomplish mental health, wellness, better relationship skills, establish and maintain healthy boundaries, and have more enjoyment in life.
