I am here to support your goals, to see the best in you, and envision the life you can still create no matter what you have been through. My approach to healing begins with helping you build a foundational understanding of how your past experiences continue to impact your present and how you can move forward. I am trained in Dialectical/Cognitive Behavior therapy (DBT/CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My practice is trauma-informed, with a specialized focus on treating anxiety, depression, self-worth challenges, and trauma-related experiences.
I bring extensive experience across diverse settings, including community mental health, day treatment programs, residential treatment, and school social work. I work with both individuals and families, and I find nothing more rewarding than helping people develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I recognize that finding the right therapist can be overwhelming. I am committed and genuinely invested in meeting you where you are, collaborating in your therapeutic process, creating a safe and meaningful connection, and offering respectful, inclusive, and affirming care. Please reach out with any questions to ensure that I am a good fit for your needs.
