They will also seek help to help them navigate through life’s day-to-day challenges, using a strength’s based approach. These clients want to find better ways to cope with stressors and work better with the people in their lives, whether it’s family or other relationships.
I am a solution-oriented therapist who wants to work with you to develop achievable goals and steps to take along the way. I love working with people to identify coping skills to help them manage day-to-day stressors and barriers that could affect meeting their goals.
I will walk alongside you during your journey, but my goal is to give you the tools to meet your goals and realize that you are more capable than you may think! I want you to walk away from our sessions feeling empowered and energized to put the work in and conquer your fears and break down barriers that are keeping you from meeting goals!
