EMDR & Trauma-Informed Therapy for Teens, Adults & Elders:
Starting therapy can stir up uncertainty—maybe you’ve felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. I believe that healing begins when you feel truly seen and supported. Taking the first step can feel daunting—but you don’t have to walk through it alone. If you’re ready to explore a path toward healing, I’d be honored to connect and see whether we’re a good fit.
I work with teens, adults, and older adults facing trauma, grief, identity concerns, life transitions, anxiety, and being overwhelmed. Using EMDR along with integrative approaches (CBT, ACT, somatic awareness, narrative work, and culturally sensitive care), I help clients process painful experiences in a way that feels safe, grounded, and suited to your pace
In our work together, we’ll explore where you feel stuck, decode how past experiences still influence your present, and build tools to move forward with greater clarity and peace. My goal is to create a warm, authentic space where you can learn, heal, and reclaim a sense of self.
