My education is in Marriage and Family Therapy and I have been licensed since 2003. I have worked with a variety of clients over the years and enjoy this work so very much. My approach is an in-depth, whole person connection. We are complex beings and also have the ability to heal ourselves within a safe environment. It’s important to identify the root cause of our behaviors in order to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. These are often a result of trauma or a significantly difficult experience.
I am trained in Family Systems, Hypnosis, Trauma focused work and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to help a wide range of psychological symptoms. I work from an integrated model and believe we need a variety of care choices to meet our Mind/Body/Spiritual needs. My practice is comprehensive including work with the spirit world and benefit from that insight.
I have been described as a warm & peaceful presence. I provide a safe and supportive atmosphere to my clients which is the most important element in therapy.
