Telehealth mental health therapy sessions with me provide a safe place, from the comfort of your own home, to share your your thoughts, feelings, fears, and as much of your personal story as you choose. You are always the center of my attention, and therapy is based on what you want to change about your behaviors, thoughts or feelings. I listen to what you have to say, and help you identify solutions to problems you may identify. I provide crisis counseling, brief therapy, and long term psychotherapy based on your needs.
I have been building my clinical experience since 2008, mostly with Rainelle Medical Center in Greenbrier County, WV. I also provide telehealth therapy sessions through MDLIVE (mdlive.com) and can schedule patients from all over WV and NY.
I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I am a certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC). I have experience with adolescents and adults - young and old. (not that any of us are "old")
