Ideal clients arrive when confused, something is missing, not working well, emotional discomfort, loss or chaos in life. Together we look at thoughts and patterns that limit growth/well-being to begin to create more of what matters to you. As you discover solutions and find hope in everyday life, personal wisdom often emerges to guide you. My goal is to empower you as you transition into your best self and move towards wellness. Currently I offer Therapy, Music/Creative Arts Sessions, Mindfulness-Stress Management Practices, Life Coaching, Sandtray, Other Experiential Modalities.
I help with ordinary stresses and not-so-ordinary losses-life changes, in a holistic therapy process. I encourage non-verbals: mind-body-spirit somatic work, art-making, music imagery, mandalas to deepen your awareness. Issues might include relationship/boundaries/identity/developmental transitions/expected-unexpected losses/illness/ anxiety/fear/trauma.
My experiences bridge life in rural agricultural and today's fast-paced culture; I am or have been wife, parent, daughter/granddaughter, sister, cousin, friend, employee/employer; I was raised outside main-stream culture. These provide additional compassion/understanding to bring to the sessions. I offer and choose modalities to fit individual needs.
