One of my passions in life is to help others succeed and reach their full potential. With my warm, caring, and empathetic approach to counseling, I help to foster self-esteem and instill a sense of self-worth in my clients and help you through the challenges you face. With over fifteen years as a school counselor, working with adolescents, pre-teens, and adults, I know how important it is to find someone that you can entrust with your emotions and feelings. Whatever you may be dealing with (major life transitions, depression, anxiety, family-relationship problems, etc.), I can help you access the tools and resources you need.
My counseling approach is holistic in nature, recognizing that each client has their own specific needs that must be met. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing Therapy.
