My passion is to help you heal. Healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as other difficult situations is the goal of seeking therapy. I work with individuals from every walk of life including, but not limited to first responders, teachers, homemakers, postal workers, teenagers and children. I can be that safe place for you to develop your resiliency.
My specialty is trauma. The therapeutic methods I use in my practice are trauma informed, evidence based therapies for individuals as well as couples and families. I offer EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing) to clients for treatment. EMDR helps promote positive outcomes for a wide variety of clients.
