The transition to parenthood can be surprisingly hard. This thing that you might have wanted for years has a way of upending your plans, priorities - even identity. I work with new parents (individually or as a couple) and parents who are years into this ever-changing journey to help them feel grounded, seen, and connected. We collaborate on what's important, what needs some exploration, and what might no longer be serving them.
I draw from psychodynamic, ACT, Narrative, and IFS approaches, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the person in front of me. Together we might explore past patterns, clarify values, reshape personal stories, or connect with different parts of the self—all with the goal of fostering growth, balance, and a deeper sense of authenticity.
