I combine relational, CBT, and insight-based approaches to help you understand and shift patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This evidence-based treatment helps individuals with OCD and anxiety reduce avoidance and increase their ability to navigate discomfort.
