I am a Christian-based therapist and Brain Health advocate specializing in ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and OCD. Along with being a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I am also a National Certified Counselor, Certified Trauma Therapist, and trained in EMDR. I specialize in trauma, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and emotional regulation, providing evidence-based, brain health informed care in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
