My prior experience is in college counseling, community mental health, substance abuse, and crisis response & stabilization. I have worked with a variety of presenting concerns from depression and anxiety to grief and trauma, as well as crisis intervention and serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about improving mental health within our community and value client empowerment and advocacy. Virtual Holiday Support Group
The holidays can be difficult, but they don't have to be difficult alone. Join our virtual Holiday Support Group on weekly Wednesday's from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM. This is a 12 week support group for adults starting on November 13th, 2024 through January 29th, 2024.
