My practice is currently accepting new patients. Issues that I address include trauma from emotional/physical abuse, poor self-esteem and negative self-talk, grief, challenging relationships, depression and anxiety, and stress from work or daily life. We all strive to practice self-love and compassion, have good boundaries, and healthy relationships, but if you’re stuck in anxiety, self-criticism, or depression, it is hard to do. I help unlock your innate wisdom and ability to offer compassion towards yourself.
I connect the mind and body in a holistic recovery experience. I am trained in EMDR, Inner Child Therapy, IFS, & Somatic Focusing. Your needs are unique, however, and I will use the approach that is most effective for you, or work to provide you with resources that will help. Clients have said that they feel very comfortable and accepted when they work with me, and find that they benefit by the insight and relief they experience.
