Hi, I'm Kay. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. I specialize in major life transitions and help my clients navigate their "new normal." I also work with clients who are simply feeling "stuck" in their routine and want more from life, but just don't know where to start. I believe that it is of utmost importance to really get to know each individual client by hearing their story and identifying their goals, values and what matters most to them.
I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing depression, grief and aging, pregnancy and postpartum, and the unique challenges faced by women. I provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions online so you can connect from a place of comfort and convenience.
