I so enjoy working with whoever you are and as you are when we meet. I prioritize a partnership with who I am working with, identifying client-driven goals focusing on yourself and your relationships and that these goals equip you for long-term contentedness and tools to manage the season you are in.
I have spent much of my clinical experience working with families seeking to improve communication, stability in their household and increased warmth in the home. Relationships are difficult and important. Let's work to make them enjoyable too. I utilize much reflection, reframe, in-office practice and humor through the process of therapy.
