I am EMDR trained and have found this modality to be extremely helpful in moving clients out of a place of feeling stuck.
I particularly find meaning working with those with living with addiction/substance abuse, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, mood disorders, ADHD, and toxic relationships with self and others. As an immigrant, I understand the difficulties of figuring who you are is complex and influenced by culture, family structure, environment, and generational trauma.
