About
It takes a certain person to look for support, and I commend you on taking this first step. Life is challenging, and there are times when no matter how hard we try, things just don’t change. We often find ourselves spinning out of control feeling overwhelmed, scared, sad and tired… beyond tired, feeling alone, stuck and in pain, dealing with distressing thoughts, feelings and body symptoms. And the list goes on.
But you deserve to feel better, and NOW is the time to feel better. I am here to support you in finding tools and getting to the roots of your challenges. Together, by engaging your mind and body, we will find ways for you to feel hopeful, in control and motivated to advance in life, whether it means taking a tiny baby step or making a big leap.
At this time I am glad to be licensed in California, New York, Oregon and Utah allowing me to support you even as you travel or relocate.
