With postgraduate training from Santa Clara University, I support individual adults, couples, teens, and families from many cultural backgrounds. And I care deeply about helping people navigate anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, ADHD, autistic spectrum disorders, neurodivergence, life transitions, relationship challenges, and intercultural dynamics.
Besides being a therapist, I'm also an artist and author who's spent years in creative and high-tech fields. I bring warmth, understanding, and a grounded perspective to this work.
