I provide psychotherapy to individuals of all ages to help with a wide variety of difficulties, including issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, eating disorders, grief, and trauma.
My specialty is helping clients discover and solve the source of their current problems, by helping them gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings and perceptions. I encourage the practice of new skills and the learning of different ways to think about and react to situations.
I also focus a great deal of my practice in working with parents and families whom are going through a divorce and/or custody situation. I work with parents in teaching them effective co-parenting techniques, as well as working towards a mutual agreement of any issues being litigated.
My hourly rate is $175 per hour.
