I view therapy as a creative partnership, focusing on healing and self-awareness. Therapy is also a holistic pursuit, nurturing mind, body, and spirit. I conceptualize therapy in two ways: First, the work centers around developing resources to regulate oneself during anxious or depressive experiencing. These skills are essential for doing the deeper work of identifying and healing parts of our ourselves who carry painful burdens or traumatic experiences. If you are a person of faith, we can incorporate spirituality into the therapeutic process-at your discretion.

I’m an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, and have also completed IFS Level 1 training, as well as AIR Network (trauma and dissociation) certification. I love helping clients discover how their past informs the present, by identifying and working with internal parts of their personality.

Reaching out to a therapist for the first time can feel awkward. My intention is to create a safe, affirming experience, which is client-centered and client-lead. My work includes, but is not limited to educational, aviation, business, medical professionals, and college students. I especially enjoy therapists as clients.
