As a trauma therapist working primarily with c-ptsd, I view therapy as a holistic pursuit, nurturing mind, body, and spirit. The initial work centers around developing daily practices of grounding and self-leadership. These skills are essential for doing the deeper work of identifying, forming relationships, and healing the wounded parts of our ourselves which carry painful burdens or traumatic experiences.

I’m an IFS Level 2-trained and EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist. I LOVE helping clients connect with internal parts of their personality and increase health and peace in their lives. My intention is to create a safe, affirming experience, using IFS as my primary modality.

I work from a Judeo-Christian perspective with adults from all walks of life, including teachers, pilots, other therapists, and spiritual workers. I am privileged to provide support for people navigating divorce, grief, parenting issues, as well as women reconstructing their faith following spiritual or narcisssistic abuse.
