Creating a safe, non-judgmental space that is full of encouragement, acknowledgement and welcomes feedback to inform progress potential is a commitment I remain steadfast in. I incorporate several modalities including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and ACT.
Areas of specialty include, substance use disorders, women's issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression/anxiety and new parent transition, stage of life adjustment, persistent and/or chronic pain.
