Have you been feeling unsure of your life's purpose? Do you continue to hit forks in the road and fail to find the path to true healing? Have these challenges led to you engage in harmful or unhelpful strategies as you hold on to some sense of "normal?" Therapy is a unique opportunity to learn how to choose the path that aligns with your most authentic self. It requires a therapeutic relationship that is able to meet your individual needs as you find the answers for which you have been relentlessly striving.
We can work together to identify the right therapeutic approach for you. I work with teens, young adults (especially college students), and professionals healing from trauma, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. My approach is based in EMDR, attachment theory, somatic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Therapy provides a space to sort through your day-to-day worries, identify the underlying causes of strong, confusing emotions, and build skills for communication and connection. Finding the right therapist is the first step toward the best version of yourself. I would love to help you achieve your goals and find lasting healing.

Finances

  • Cost per Session: $125 - $145

I do not accept insurance, but would be happy to discuss the pros/cons of using insurance for therapy and connect you with the right person.
