Romantic relationships provide a mirror that reflects our daily patterns and behaviors. My clients are those who ask questions such as, "How do I make this marriage work when I am unhappy?" Or, "What if divorce is better for us?" People often share such profound love within the relationship, and somehow, connection and respect have been replaced with contempt and loneliness.
As we start therapy, the first concept we discuss is what you hope to achieve and what you believe your partner believes needs to change for a better relationship. Together, we will map the patterns due to past experiences and what has been created together in your relationship (often a protection of self).
Love is truth, and truth can be painful—Dr. Finlayson-Fife. I hope to help you develop the skills to be vulnerable and honest while respecting yourself and your spouse or partner. I look forward to connecting with you.

Groups
Divorce and Separation
I wanted to create a catchy group name, like "New Chapter Club" or, "Strength in Transition" . . . in reality, separation and divorce leaves a person winded and asking, "how, how do I cope?" The purpose of this new divorce and separation group is to share the real and the raw! Including the pain with it's rainbow of colorful emotions. My clients often seek people who are riding the trails (and trials) with them, and a place to sit down and discuss their hearts and desires for the future. If that sounds like your space, welcome!
