Finding Your Voice: Women's Process Group
**Group is full. Email to be added to waitlist.** Whether in a romantic partnership, a parent-child relationship, a religious community, or workplace environment, women experiencing narcissistic dynamics in any form can be deeply traumatic. In the narcissistic family, the needs of the parent take precedence over the needs of the child, resulting in such personality traits as a lack of self-confidence, a chronic need to please, difficulty being assertive, and difficulty identifying her feelings, wants, and needs. Process group therapy can provide a safe space for individuals to explore their experiences, provide insights and create a foundation for healthier relationships in the future.
