I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults with ADHD and/or autism, people navigating chronic pain, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationships, as well as movement-based artists and therapists. I offer care that supports your nervous system—not just your thoughts—so you can feel more at home in yourself.

As a dance/movement therapist and licensed professional counselor, I offer relational, trauma-informed, & neuro-affirming care. Sessions might include talking, body awareness, or optional movement—you are never required to move. You can sit on the floor, use fidgets, take breaks, or tend to your body in whatever way helps you feel safe and grounded.

I value long-term therapeutic care that adapts as your life shifts and support that honors your mind, body, and heart.
