I work with adults and couples seeking trauma-informed therapy for relationship issues, intimacy and sex concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also work extensively with women around confidence, self-trust, body image, and sex positivity. Many of my clients grew up in religious households and and are now deconstructing what that experience means for them as adults—emotionally and relationally.
I am trained in EMDR, EFT for couples, and certified in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I offer these modalities when appropriate as part of a thoughtful, collaborative treatment plan. As a sex therapist, I work with individuals and couples to explore intimacy, communication, desire, and connection without shame or judgment.
