You don’t have to be “in crisis” to feel lost, anxious, or overwhelmed. I work with adults navigating grief (suicide loss survivors are my passion), trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, parenting stress, and mid-life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of shame, self-doubt, or emotional disconnection and want relief, but are unsure where to begin. Others grieve not only a person, but the life they thought they would have. In therapy, we focus on understanding how you got here so the past has less hold on the present. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and able to show up fully in your life.

A big part of my work is centered around trauma processing and reparenting, or learning to offer yourself the care and compassion you may not have received when you needed it most. This work often opens the door to deeper self-acceptance and stronger, healthier connections with others. My work is supported by EMDR, IFS, and DBT methods.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. No matter where you are in your journey, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about finding your way back to yourself.
