In therapy, I foster a safe and non-judgmental environment so you can feel comfortable eventually talking about anything with me. Therapy should be tailored to how you work best. I specialize in helping individuals learn to manage and control anxiety, panic, depression, and mood and trauma disorders. I can help you learn to set and hold boundaries, have healthier relationships, and improve your self confidence. With 15 years of experience, I offer a wide variety of tools and treatments.
I have a relaxed and and open approach, intermixed with a bit of humor. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma processing, coping skills, boundary work, anger management, assertiveness training, healthy relationship work, gender affirming work, confidence improvement, grief and loss, and anger management.
