I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment so you can feel comfortable eventually talking about anything with me. Therapy should be tailored to what YOU need and want. I specialize in helping individuals learn to manage and control anxiety, panic, depression, and mood. I can help you learn to set and hold boundaries, have healthier relationships, and improve your self confidence. With 13 years of experience, I can offer a wide variety of treatments and tools.
I have a relaxed and and open style, intermixed with a bit of humor. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma processing, coping skills, boundary work, anger management, assertiveness training, healthy relationship work, gender affirming work, grief and loss, and anger management.
