I specialize in issues such as stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, sexual orientation and gender identity. My primary focus in therapy is to establish a trusting, genuine relationship with clients. I strive to support clients with honest feedback and encouragement, along with humor. Using an intersectional feminist approach, we'll focus on strengths to make small, measurable goals for incremental change.

I am very experienced in providing sex therapy for both individuals and couples. Most of my clients identify as LGBTQIA+ or allies. I also serve individuals and couples who practice BDSM, kink, polyamory, & ethical non-monogamy. Clients willing to read, journal, or listen to podcasts to supplement sessions are also likely to be a good fit.

I recognize the intersectionality of marginalized identities within our society and the resulting impact on our emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. You deserve to be seen and heard.
