I believe the power to change, grow, and overcome obstacles lies within each one of us. Sometimes, for many different reasons, we need additional support to identify, and build on the strengths we have within us to accomplish what we want. I have 14 years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients as they accomplish their goals and overcome life stressors, depression, anxiety, grief and trauma.
In session you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, thoughts, and feelings. My role is to help you decide how you would like to adjust what you are thinking and doing to improve your wellbeing, accomplish your goals and create lasting change.
I am happy to incorporate your interests, supports, and beliefs to create an intuitive and rewarding therapeutic experience.
