In my work with patients, I aim to help you become more conscious of unconscious patterns that keep you disconnected from yourself & others, & help you develop a deeper connection to your body and emotions. Through a deeper understanding of yourself, you can transform emotional suffering & live more authentically.

I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and use Imago couples therapy to help you understand the connection with your relationship frustrations & childhood experiences.
As a social worker, I practice in an anti-oppressive way and am attuned to the way society and its systems impact the way we see ourselves and show up in relationships, work, and life. I am sex positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming & welcome patients exploring sex, sexuality, gender & identity. I am trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
