My focus is working with individuals, couples and families utilizing a strength based philosophy empowering my clients to collaboratively find solutions to their challenges while focusing on the present and acknowledging their history.
I have over thirty years' experience working with individuals in various settings including alternative schools, juvenile facilities, children's protective services, community colleges and community counseling centers. I've worked with various issues such as trauma, depression, stress, grief and loss, bipolar, anxiety, chemical dependency, relationships, oppositional defiant behavior, anger and educational issues.
